The Beginners Virtual Runathon from Virtuathon® has been specifically designed for people who would like to live a more physically active and healthier lifestyle, but simply don't know where to start, or just need regular support and motivation to help them achieve their goal.
A Virtual Runathon is either a 5K or 10K virtual challenge designed for beginners. It's virtual because it can be completed at any location – you can run outside or on a treadmill, individually or with friends, you can even walk providing you complete the distance. Easy-to-follow beginners training is included and you're rewarded with a Virtuathon finisher medal for all your hard work!
